Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of any such court sitting in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and agree that the venue is proper in the district wherein The Scene is located.
Termination
The Scene may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in The Scene’s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement or The Scene’s policies.
Unless otherwise provided in a specific license agreement between you and The Scene, upon termination of this Agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
Modifications
We may from time to time change the rules that govern your use of our Site. We will post these changes here, in our Terms of Use. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed. We may change, move, or delete portions of our Site or may add to our Site from time to time.
Assignment
In the event that The Scene may wish to assign or transfer your personal information and its rights hereunder to a third party, you agree that The Scene may do so, on the condition that such third party agree to abide by The Scene’s’ then current Privacy Policies.
